ProCook, a renowned name in the cookware industry, is looking for a skilled Supervisor for our store in Edinburgh. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to enhance your leadership abilities while creating a delightful shopping experience for our customers.
This is a full-time position (40 hours per week), working 5 days out of 7, Monday to Sunday, on a rota basis, based in our Edinburgh store.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, motivate, and train staff to excel in their roles.
- Monitor sales targets, providing support and guidance to the team.
- Assist in ordering and maintaining product inventory.
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues in a professional manner.
- Uphold store standards for cleanliness and presentation.
