Your Role: As Deputy Store Manager, you'll assist the Store Manager in leading a high-performing team and delivering excellent customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brief the team on daily goals.
- Engage with customers and assist in product selection.
- Train staff on products and customer service.
- Maintain store standards and assist with daily operations.
- Prepare the store for the next day at closing.
