Your Role: As Deputy Store Manager, you'll assist the Store Manager in leading a high-performing team and delivering excellent customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brief the team on daily goals.
  • Engage with customers and assist in product selection.
  • Train staff on products and customer service.
  • Maintain store standards and assist with daily operations.
  • Prepare the store for the next day at closing.

Requirements:

  • Support daily store operations and cover in the Store Manager's absence.
