We are looking for a confident, customer-centric Sales Advisor who enjoys engaging with customers, learning about high-quality products, and influencing buying decisions through excellent service and product knowledge.
This is a customer-facing sales role with clear performance expectations, structured training, and the opportunity to earn bonuses based on targets.
Your Role: As a Sales Advisor, you will play a vital role in creating an inviting shopping environment, ensuring that every customer leaves with the perfect product that fits their culinary style. You will be the friendly face of ProCook, helping customers with product selection, answering queries, and providing unparalleled service. This is a permanent position requiring 20 hours of work per week, situated at our Cabot Circus Store in Bristol. We are seeking an individual who is flexible to work on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10 AM to 8 PM, as well as weekends. This role includes keyholder responsibilities, meaning you will be in charge of opening and closing the store.
