Passionate about cooking and retail? ProCook is searching for an experienced Store Manager to lead our team and ensure an amazing shopping experience for our customers. Your leadership will be crucial in showcasing our kitchenware products while driving sales and creating a vibrant store atmosphere.
This is a new store opening in Plymouth in October 2025.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and achieve targets through excellent team performance.
- Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure they deliver exceptional customer service.
- Manage daily store operations, including inventory management and visual merchandising.
- Analyse sales trends to formulate strategies for improvement and growth.
- Create an enticing shopping environment that reflects the ProCook brand values.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in retail management from a similar retailer is preferable.
