We are looking for a confident, customer‑centric Sales Advisor who enjoys engaging with customers, learning about high‑quality products, and influencing buying decisions through excellent service and product knowledge.
This is a customer‑facing sales role with clear performance expectations, structured training, and the opportunity to earn bonuses based on targets.
Your Role
As a Sales Advisor, you will play a vital role in creating an inviting shopping environment, ensuring that every customer leaves with the perfect product that fits their culinary style. You will be the friendly face of ProCook, helping customers with product selection, answering queries, and providing unparalleled service.
This is a permanent 12 hours per week role based in our Cirencester store.
Please note that this store has split‑level staff and stock areas accessed by stairs. The stock rooms, staff facilities, kitchen, and toilets are located on upper levels and are accessed via multiple flights of stairs (two flights on one side and one flight on the other).
As part of the role, colleagues are regularly required to move between the shop floor and these areas, including carrying stock and equipment. Candidates should therefore be comfortable and able to safely use stairs frequently throughout a shift and handle the physical aspects of retail work.
