We are looking for a confident, customer‑centric Sales Advisor who enjoys engaging with customers, learning about high‑quality products, and influencing buying decisions through excellent service and product knowledge.
This is a customer‑facing sales role with clear performance expectations, structured training, and the opportunity to earn bonuses based on targets.
Your Role:
As a Sales Advisor, you will play a vital role in creating an inviting shopping environment, ensuring that every customer leaves with the perfect product that fits their culinary style. You will be the friendly face of ProCook, helping customers with product selection, answering queries, and providing unparalleled service.
This is a permanent, 18hrs/week role, based in our Cotswold Store and will include keyholder responsibilities working pattern of three shifts across Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and engage customers with confidence and enthusiasm.
- Share your product knowledge to inspire and guide informed buying decisions.
- Demonstrate products and communicate offers in a way that builds trust and adds value.
- Achieve and exceed sales goals through quality customer interactions.
- Maintain an appealing store environment and support visual merchandising.

- Learn and develop through structured training and ongoing coaching.
