Join ProCook as a Sales Advisor at our recently opened Manchester Arndale store!

At ProCook, we believe great cooking starts with the right tools and great people. We are looking for a confident, customer‑centric Sales Advisor who enjoys engaging with customers, learning about high‑quality products, and influencing buying decisions through excellent service and product knowledge.

This is a customer‑facing sales role with clear performance expectations, structured training, and the opportunity to earn bonuses based on targets.

Your Role:

As a Sales Advisor, you will play a vital role in creating an inviting shopping environment, ensuring that every customer leaves with the perfect product that fits their culinary style. You will be the friendly face of ProCook, helping customers with product selection, answering queries, and providing unparalleled service.

Come and join our team in our Manchester Arndale store, we have 2 permanent part time roles. Both positions to be comfortable training as Keyholders.

1. 18hrs to work across Monday and Tuesday plus one weekend day.

2. 12hrs to work primarily weekends with an additional day in week either Mon, Tues or Fri.

  • Can work flexibly including weekends and peak times based on a rota.
