We’re looking for a highly organised and driven Creative Producer to deliver engaging brand and product content across ProCook. Working as part of a busy, fast‑paced creative team, you’ll bridge creative ideas and execution – ensuring shoots and campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.
Content Production & Campaign Management
- Lead end-to-end production of creative content including photoshoots, video shoots, and product content such as packaging and web‑specific imagery.
- Work on and refine image briefs, ensuring clarity of creative direction and alignment with campaign objectives.
- Translate campaign briefs into clear production plans, timelines, and deliverables.
- Coordinate internal teams and external suppliers to deliver creative projects efficiently.
- Manage shoot production schedules for seasonal campaigns, product launches, packaging and brand initiatives.
Shoot Planning & Execution
- Organise and produce studio and location shoots (both internal and external).
- Casting talent (chefs, models, creators).
- Securing locations.
- Organising and ordering internal and external products required for shoots, including sourcing food and working with our in‑house food expert to ensure all food is planned and delivered/cooked.
- Take ownership of running shoot timings, ensuring production stays on schedule and adapts efficiently to changes.
- Oversee shoot days to ensure smooth execution and high‑quality results.
Creative Collaboration
- Work closely with design, social, e‑commerce, and marketing teams to develop engaging visual content.
- Support creative concept development while ensuring ideas are practical, achievable, and on brand.
- Be an active contributor within a busy creative team, collaborating across multiple projects simultaneously.
Project & Budget Management
- Manage production budgets and negotiate with freelancers, agencies, and suppliers.
- Track timelines and ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.
- Maintain production documentation including call sheets, schedules, and asset lists.
Asset Delivery & Organisation
- Oversee post‑production processes including editing, retouching, colour grading, and motion graphics.
- Ensure final assets are delivered in the correct formats for e‑commerce, advertising, and retail.
- Help organise print quotes and asset supply for printed materials.
This is a full‑time role, requiring 37.5 hours per week, with a hybrid working arrangement of 3 days in the office and 2 days remote at our Gloucester location (non‑negotiable).
