This internship offers excellent hands-on exposure to warehouse HR management, manpower handling, and vendor coordination in a dynamic work environment.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day HR activities at the warehouse site
- Assist in manpower planning and workforce coordination
- Handle attendance tracking and maintain employee records
- Coordinate with contract labour vendors and manpower agencies
- Support onboarding and employee documentation processes
- Assist in resolving manpower-related issues on the shop floor
- Maintain HR reports and operational data
