Cenovus is seeking an experienced D&IT Business Office Advisor to provide operational, reporting, governance, and administrative support across Digital & Information Technology functions.
This role will work closely with business leaders, project teams, vendors, and technical stakeholders to support business operations, resource management, reporting, contract administration, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities Coordinate D&IT business office activities and operational processes.
Support contractor onboarding, offboarding, asset tracking, and access management.
Manage contract lifecycle activities, including renewals, extensions, and documentation.
Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and operational metrics.
Support financial reporting, showback processes, and cost tracking activities.
Administer Share Point sites, document repositories, and governance controls.
Provide Service Now administration and support for demand and project management processes.
Track resource allocations, capacity planning, and workforce reporting.
Develop process documentation, training materials, and user guides.
Identify and implement opportunities to improve operational efficiency and governance practices.
Qualifications Experience supporting business operations, PMO, business office, or project coordination functions.
Strong experience with Power BI reporting and analytics.
Experience with Share Point Online administration.
Experience supporting Service Now environments.
Knowledge of contract administration, vendor coordination, and financial reporting processes.
Strong organizational, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, particularly Excel, Power Point, and Word.
Preferred Experience Exposure to resource planning, capacity management, or workforce reporting.
Experience supporting governance, process improvement, or operational excellence initiatives.
