We’re looking for motivated Quantity Surveyors to join our growing team at Procom Group. This role is ideal for someone who wants to take ownership, develop their skills, and work across a diverse range of projects. You’ll be supported by experienced senior staff while having the space to drive your own progression. The successful candidate will contribute to cost control, procurement, valuations, and contract administration while supporting collaborative project delivery.
What You’ll Do
- Support the delivery of cost management duties across a range of construction projects
- Assist with cost planning, estimating, measurement and valuations
- Prepare tender documents, bills of quantities and contract documentation
- Carry out site visits and support the maintaining of accurate project records and reporting
- Work closely with clients, contractors and the wider Procom team
- Contribute to project delivery with accuracy, integrity and a proactive approach

Skills & Experience
- Experience within a Quantity Surveying role
- Knowledge of NEC and/or JCT contracts
- Commercial awareness and attention to detail
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and within teams
- Degree qualified or working towards relevant professional accreditation desirable
