As a Senior Cost Consultant, you’ll play a key role in leading cost management and commercial strategy across complex projects. This is a great opportunity for someone who’s confident working autonomously, enjoys solving problems quickly, and wants to influence project outcomes while mentoring others.

  • Lead cost planning, commercial management and procurement strategies
  • Provide expert advice to clients on cost control, value management and risk
  • Manage tender processes, contract documentation and commercial negotiations
  • Oversee project financial performance from inception through to completion
  • Guide and mentor junior staff, supporting their development and learning
  • Work collaboratively with clients and internal teams to deliver outcomes that leave things better

Skills & Experience

  • Experience within cost consultancy or commercial management
  • Strong understanding of construction cost management principles
  • Knowledge of NEC and/or JCT contracts
  • Good analytical and reporting skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and cost reporting tools
  • Professional accreditation or working towards chartership desirable
