Procom Inspect run projects for Housing Associations, Local Authorities and Universities to carry out Stock Condition Surveys. This is to ensure the properties meet the Decent Homes Standard (set by the government). It is to ensure homes provided to tenants are safe, secure and healthy places to live.
Responsibilities
- Tenant appointment booking (Inbound and Outbound calls and emails in line with agreed call metrics)
- Friendly and confident telephone manner
- Organised diary management
- Calm and patient under pressure
- Team player, able to multi-task
Nice-to-have Skills & Experience
- Advanced Word and Excel user (Formulae, Mail Merge etc.)
- Experience of Inventory Base or other surveying software
- Management of multiple diaries
- Appointment setting/booking
