What does this role involve? Based within the Sales department, the Software Solutions Sales Executive role involves selling off the-shelf and tailor-made SaaS products and services to external customers within the energy sector. You will be identifying, developing and closing new business opportunities, as well as producing targeted market analysis to help improve your sales outreach. Learning the technical details of the products to enable you to tailor sales as well as have knowledgeable conversations with both prospects and internal parties. Engaging in prospecting activity, making use of the Procode CRM automation system to track and nurture leads. Representing Procode at major industry events, conferences, trade shows and expositions in conjunction with the rest of the sales team. Who are we looking for? Your proven experience of selling SaaS based products and services into the energy sector, will enable you to maximise company profit and allow you to generate higher OTE potential. Your professional approach and ability to build rapport swiftly, will be key to identifying new prospects whilst representing Procode at events and conferences. Your strong commercial background in selling high-volume software, will enable you to swiftly become effective in this role. Your experience in producing regulated tender documents, will enable you to become an asset to the team. Your attention to detail throughout the sales cycle utilising CRM systems, will enable you to produce accurate reports and data in support of your work. This role will require travel to the Chandlers Ford office, customer sites across the UK, as well as attending exhibitions and conferences.
