What does this role involve? The NFT Manager will regularly interface with the Test Leads within the end to end (E2E) and emulator and meter testing (EMT) teams. You will handle all the setup, negotiation, renewal and termination of 3rd party contracts related to the offshore NFT Team. You will remain hands on with executing tests, test reporting and test preparation. You will be managing an offshore team and allocating resources. You will also provide technical direction to others in the team and act as a subject matter expert in NFT throughout Procode. You will be responsible for the creation of data using tools such as Datadog and Grafana, as well as developing, designing and executing NFT in LoadRunner / JMeter. You will provide input and support for infrastructure provisioning, system configuration and deployments. Who are we looking for? Your proven in-depth NFT background will be fundamental to your success in this role. Your solid background in data creation using Datadog or Grafana, will enable you to quickly become an asset to the team. Your strong commercial experience developing, designing and executing NFT in LoadRunner / JMeter, will allow you to play a pivotal role in the business. Your prior experience managing offshore teams and line management skills, will provide you with the foundations to potentially grow the team out in the future. Your domain knowledge in Energy and Smart Metering, would provide you with the ability to become productive quickly. Our team thrives on face-to-face interactions to foster strong relationships and collaborate effectively on projects. This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to balance work and home life. Therefore, you should live within commuting distance of Chandlers Ford to come in a few times a month. To be successful in this role you may be required to pass an enhanced security vetting process.
