This is your opportunity to shape how we design, test, and deliver technology that performs reliably under real‑world pressure.

About us: We are a dynamic software company established in 2006, with a vision of helping the energy and utilities sectors improve customer experience and lower their cost to serve, using smarter process automation.

Are you curious about what the future in tech holds? Do you have the drive to want to deliver great solutions for customers? Then we have an exciting opportunity as a Senior NFT Analyst, where we aim to provide you with a uniquely inclusive and diverse workplace, which showcases the extraordinary in all of us, by enabling you to be the best you can be.

Our promise is to put customers at the heart of everything we do; it’s part of how we live and breathe at Procode. Our hugely passionate workforce puts them at the heart of every decision we make.

What does this role involve? You’ll play a key role in making sure our critical systems perform reliably for our customers making a real impact to them. From the earliest planning stages, you’ll work with cross functional product teams and customers to define the right level of non‑functional testing needed for each solution.

  • You’ll design and run performance, resilience, recovery, volume, and security tests, using tools like JMeter and LoadRunner to uncover how our systems behave under pressure.
  • You’ll create clear test approaches, plans, scripts, data sets, and reports that help teams understand risks and make confident decisions.
  • You’ll also take ownership of our products’ overall performance including availability, scalability, security, and resilience. Using insights on expected volumes, scalability requirements, and disaster-recovery scenarios, you’ll plan and execute the tests that ensure we’re ready for peak demand and unexpected events.

Who are we looking for? You'll be a seasoned Non‑Functional Test Analyst who’s curious, analytical and passionate about building systems that excel under real‑world conditions. You’ll thrive in this role if you enjoy diving into how things work, spotting patterns in performance data, and challenging teams to push their solutions further.

You’ll bring strong experience across non‑functional testing, from performance and resilience to recovery, volume, and security, and you’ll be confident using tools like JMeter or LoadRunner to uncover how systems behave under pressure. Just as importantly, you’ll know how to translate those findings into clear insights that help teams make smart decisions.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys partnering with product teams, guiding them on what good looks like from the earliest stages of delivery. You’ll be proactive, collaborative, and comfortable influencing at all levels.

If you’re someone who takes ownership, accountability, loves solving complex technical problems, and wants to shape how an organisation approaches performance and resilience, this is the role for you.

Our employees, just like our customers come from all walks of life, and we’re fuelled in championing diversity, inspiring an inclusive culture, and enabling an environment where you can be your authentic self.

How to prepare for a job interview at Procode Technology Limited

Brush Up on Your Technical Skills

For an IT consulting role, be ready to demonstrate your technical prowess. You might face questions on systems integration, cloud technologies, or even troubleshooting specific software. If you have experience with tools like AWS, Azure, or even specific programming languages, make sure you can talk about them fluently.

Showcase Your Problem-Solving Approach

IT consulting is all about solving problems for clients. Think about how you can illustrate your approach to a past challenge using the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result). It's a great way to show how you tackle complex issues and come up with effective solutions.

Know the Business Impact of IT Solutions

When discussing your experiences, focus not just on the tech solutions you implemented, but also on their business impact. Employers want to see that you can connect IT with organisational goals. Prep examples that highlight how your tech contributions improved efficiency or reduced costs for past clients or projects.

Prepare for Behavioural Questions

Since IT consulting often involves teamwork and client interactions, expect behavioural questions that assess your interpersonal skills. Be prepared with examples that demonstrate your adaptability, communication skills, and how you handle client feedback. Before the interview, think of situations where you worked closely with clients to create effective IT strategies or changes.
