What does this role involve?
Working as part of the Process Automations team, this role focuses on designing, building, and maintaining innovative solutions across the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. The work directly supports business operations and drives efficiency across multiple functions. A key element of the position involves supporting Power Automate queues across the organisation while managing the team’s own estate of licences and environments, ensuring stability, compliance, and smooth day-to-day operation. Close collaboration with stakeholders is central to the role. Requirements are explored, understood, and translated into high-quality, user‑centred solutions that solve real challenges and enhance business processes. Power BI dashboards are created to bring clarity to complex data, enabling users to visualise insights quickly and make confident, informed decisions. The position sits within a close‑knit group of automation engineers with diverse technical backgrounds. The primary focus centres on supporting Power Apps processes for logistics and multi‑site commercial sales tool, critical solutions at the heart of operational success.
