Proclinical is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead innovative medical device development projects from concept to commercialization. This role focuses on disciplined project execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance with quality and regulatory standards. You will work in a collaborative environment, driving project success through effective planning, communication, and stakeholder engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring timely achievement of milestones.
- Utilize project management tools like Gantt charts and software (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Project) to track progress and dependencies.
- Communicate effectively with project teams, stakeholders, and leadership, providing clear updates and facilitating decision-making.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while managing budgets and expenditures (OPEX/CAPEX).
- Ensure compliance with medical device quality and regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO 13485) and internal Quality Management System procedures.
