You will work both independently and collaboratively to maintain high standards in a GMP-regulated environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute cleaning, start-up, and completion of clinical trial packaging operations following Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Perform primary packaging tasks, including bottle filling of oral dosage forms using various equipment.
  • Conduct labelling and assembly of clinical trial supplies, utilizing automated labelling and walleting equipment.
  • Monitor and control production processes and equipment, troubleshoot issues, and escalate problems as needed.
  • Develop and apply knowledge of electronic systems, such as SAP, to support operations.
  • Complete electronic batch documentation, equipment logbooks, and other relevant production records.
  • Adhere to GMP requirements and defined procedures to maintain quality standards in the packaging environment.
  • Work safely, understanding personal responsibility for Health, Safety, and Environmental principles, including risk management and COSHH compliance.
  • Participate in internal audits and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.
