Driving territory growth and trusted partnerships in diabetes care. Proclinical is seeking a Territory Manager to join a dynamic team in the diabetes and medical devices sector. This field-based role focuses on driving sales growth, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and expanding brand loyalty within the assigned territory of NE & East of England. The position requires a proactive individual with a passion for delivering results and supporting healthcare advancements.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location or hold an EU passport.

Responsibilities
  • Achieve sales objectives and market share growth within the assigned geographic area.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the diabetes care sector.
  • Implement customer loyalty initiatives and promote product awareness among healthcare professionals.
  • Demonstrate and train on product usage, including related data management software.
  • Collaborate with managed care organizations and maintain a working knowledge of their operations.
  • Conduct customer training programs and manage sales promotions effectively.
  • Represent the company at professional diabetes organizations and events within the territory.
  • Complete administrative tasks promptly and manage the territory budget efficiently.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across commercial and corporate teams.
  • Maintain professionalism and adhere to promotional guidelines in all field sales activities.
Key Skills and Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent sales experience with a proven track record.
  • Prior sales experience in medical devices or diabetes care is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, both oral and written.
  • Ability to execute sales and marketing plans and manage budgets effectively.
  • Team-oriented mindset with experience working directly with healthcare professionals and patients.
  • Proficiency with computers and related software.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory, including occasional overnight stays.
