Leading clinical innovation to transform the future of Alzheimer's and neurodegenerative disease treatment. Proclinical is seeking a Medical Director specializing in neurodegenerative diseases, particularly Alzheimer's disease, to contribute to late-stage clinical programs. This role focuses on designing and executing clinical strategies to address significant unmet needs in neurodegeneration. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to advance innovative treatments for severe brain disorders.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement clinical development plans across all phases, with a focus on Phase III studies.
- Provide medical monitoring support for ongoing clinical trials.
- Collaborate with teams including Clinical Operations, Safety, Clinical Pharmacology, Biostatistics, Regulatory, Research, and Biomarkers.
- Engage with external stakeholders such as advisory boards, investigators, health authorities, and other key partners.
Key Skills and Requirements
- Medical degree (MD or MD-PhD) with expertise in longitudinal clinical research.
- Experience in clinical trials within industry or academia.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a matrix environment, influencing cross-functional teams and driving high performance.
