Lead the line, elevate performance, and drive excellence in every step of the manufacturing process. Proclinical is seeking a Key Account Manager to join our client's Rheumatology team. This field-based role focuses on amplifying therapeutic options for patients by fostering collaborative relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs). You will play a pivotal role in connecting HCPs with tailored solutions and resources to optimize patient care.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for HCPs, providing deep knowledge of solutions and timely resource connections.
  • Customize omni-channel tools to align with individual HCP preferences.
  • Develop and execute impactful tactical plans within your assigned territory.
  • Coordinate stakeholder management in community-based environments through two-way interactions with HCPs.
  • Build strong business relationships with HCPs in your territory.
  • Utilize a tailored approach to match therapeutic options with the needs of targeted HCPs and their patient populations.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Pharmaceutical or healthcare management experience, including ABPI certification.
  • Proven success in key account/project management and influencing healthcare customers.
  • Knowledge and experience in relevant disease areas such as rheumatology or immunology.
  • Strong understanding of NHS structures, funding pathways, and processes for high-cost branded medicines.
  • Demonstrable sales success in specialist areas, ideally involving high-cost medicines and preferably within rheumatology.
  • Experience with new drug launches in rheumatology is highly advantageous.
