This role involves analyzing and synthesizing data to generate actionable insights that inform strategic and tactical decision-making. Responsibilities:

  • Support the integrated insights workflow, including data capture, synthesis, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive medical insights initiatives that inform planning and strategy.
  • Analyze internal and external data sources to identify themes, trends, and implications.
  • Ensure governance, quality control, and compliance in insights documentation and reporting.
  • Contribute to innovation initiatives, including AI-enabled analytics and enhanced insights generation capabilities.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Public Health, or a related scientific/analytical discipline (advanced degrees preferred).
  • Experience in insights analytics, Medical Affairs, market research, or related pharmaceutical/biopharma functions (0-2 years).
  • Familiarity with Medical Affairs processes, data sources, and insights generation.
  • Ability to analyze complex data sets, generate actionable insights, and present findings effectively.
  • Knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and AI-enabled analytics tools is a plus.
  • Strong collaboration, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
