Proclinical is seeking a Commercial Analyst and Demand Planning Manager to support commercial decision-making across international markets.
In this role, you will deliver robust forecasts, business insights, and performance analyses while collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Your work will ensure the right products are in the right place at the right time, supporting strategic planning and maintaining supply chain integrity.
This position offers a dynamic environment with opportunities for international collaboration and travel.
Responsibilities: Develop market data forecasts and analyses for existing products and in-licensing opportunities.
Monitor and improve forecast accuracy for sales and demand.
Support financial planning and analysis (FPA) for budgeting, monthly forecasts, and mid-term plans.
Conduct market assessments for new products, indications, and formulations.
Analyze market environments, including demographics, healthcare systems, pricing, reimbursement, and launch strategies.
Generate business analysis reports and periodic market updates.
Provide insights to support market access, pricing decisions, strategic alliances, and supply chain integrity.
Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and assess partner commercial performance against targets.
Manage and report on partner order books, demand plans, and forecasts.
Lead budget planning processes internally and externally.
Organize and lead Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings, ensuring alignment across departments and addressing issues.
Key Skills and
Requirements: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Experience in demand forecasting, sales forecasting, or commercial analytics within the biotech or healthcare industry.
Proficiency in revenue planning, budget management, and long-range planning.
Familiarity with pharmaceutical market dynamics, including product launches, lifecycle management, and market assessments.
Effective stakeholder management and ability to influence cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with tools such as Microsoft Suite, SAP, and Power BI.
International or regional market exposure (EMEA preferred) and experience supporting multiple countries or regions.
Exposure to specialty care or innovative medicines.
Experience with scenario planning and competitive intelligence.
Demonstrated ability to present analyses and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
