This field-based role focuses on delivering high-quality operator training, supporting clinical teams during implementation, and ensuring a seamless user experience. Responsibilities:
- Deliver face-to-face and remote operator training across multiple sites.
- Support implementation and rollout activities for diagnostic systems.
- Provide ongoing guidance and troubleshooting for clinical users post-go-live.
- Coordinate training schedules and maintain accurate records.
- Conduct competency assessments and facilitate user sign-off processes.
- Build strong relationships with ward teams, POCT teams, and stakeholders.
