In this role, you will translate data into actionable commercial insights to support customer experience strategies, market sizing, competitor monitoring, and targeted marketing campaigns. Responsibilities:
- Support the UK and Ireland Customer Experience (Cx) strategy and measurement initiatives.
- Manage customer and competitor surveys and benchmarking activities.
- Produce regular market size and share reports, as well as market trend analyses.
- Conduct both quantitative and qualitative market research.
- Leverage external healthcare data sources to drive data-driven marketing and sales campaigns.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure insights are actionable and aligned with business goals.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Strong data analysis and visualization skills.
- Proficiency in tools such as Tableau and Alteryx is preferred.
- Experience in data-driven roles; healthcare experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
