Proclinical is seeking a Senior Accounting Coordinator to join a dynamic team in Bournemouth. In this role, you will oversee accounts payable processes, travel and entertainment disbursements, banking, document imaging, and vendor/internal customer relationships. This position involves global responsibilities across multiple regions, including the US, Canada, Europe, and Latin America. You will also play a key role in process automation and system improvements.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate pre-audit, posting, banking, and imaging of vendor invoices and expense reports.
  • Maintain the vendor master database for transactional processing and year-end tax reporting.
  • Administer data supplier contractual cost calculations, payments, accruals, and account reconciliation processes.
  • Respond to vendor and associate inquiries at all levels.
  • Verify, organize, and file accounts payable transaction reports.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Accounts Payable and technical teams to automate and streamline processes.
  • Support the maintenance of SAP accounts payable systems and ensure functionality and controls.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Proficiency in SAP Accounts Payable Financial System, Microsoft Office, and banking/disbursement systems.
