Primary Responsibilities:
- This role requires strong relationship management, strategic planning, and the ability to work effectively in the operating room. Incumbent will be responsible for providing clinical support during procedures and follow-up care.
- The Regional Sales Manager of Pain Management will:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for your territory to achieve targets.
- Identify new customers and opportunities while expanding penetration in existing accounts.
- Provide clinical support during procedures and assist with follow-up patient care.
- Collaborate with leadership to implement strategies aligned with corporate goals.
- Share market insights and trends with marketing teams.
- Attend industry trade shows and events as needed.
- Manage territory performance and maintain accurate activity tracking.
- Ensure compliance with hospital and healthcare system access requirements.
- Comfortable working in an OR environment.
Skills & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Proven success in medical device sales, ideally in cardiac or thoracic surgery.
- Knowledge of neuromodulation and pain management therapies is advantageous.
- Strong clinical and technical aptitude.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build lasting relationships.
- Ability to travel up to 80%, depending on territory size and maturity.
- Fluent in English.
