Proclinical is seeking a Service Demand Planning Associate to join a hybrid UK team. This role focuses on coordinating supply-demand processes to ensure optimal resource allocation and customer satisfaction, supporting capacity forecasting, planning execution, and strategic business goals.
Responsibilities
- Monitor demand and supply of service activities using digital tools, addressing exceptions proactively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve supply issues and support weekly demand-supply balance meetings.
- Ensure data accuracy and inventory management, maintaining system data quality.
- Communicate demand planning requirements and updates to internal teams and customers.
- Plan and prioritize resources for short‑term and mid‑to‑long‑term demand planning.
- Support inventory management to ensure appropriate stock levels amid global supply chain changes.
- Escalate and resolve issues related to demand planning inefficiencies, contributing to process improvements.
- Develop skills and knowledge through active participation in team and departmental activities.
Key Skills and Requirements
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience in demand planning or similar functions is desirable.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and ERP such as SAP.
- Effective written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
- Knowledge of UK and Irish geography in tech or healthcare environments is advantageous.
