Proclinical is seeking a Senior Clinical Development Scientist to support the advancement of clinical development programs in oncology. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in executing early-stage clinical studies, requiring excellent communication skills and attention to detail in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute medical and clinical strategies for assigned assets.
  • Provide scientific and medical leadership in planning and conducting clinical trials.
  • Review, analyse, and interpret clinical trial data, including biomarkers and safety data.
  • Collaborate with clinical leads and CROs on trial activities and safety reviews.
  • Liaise with clinical operations, data management, statistics, and regulatory teams.
  • Author key study and regulatory documents.
  • Lead or participate in internal meetings and advisory boards.
  • Stay updated on pharmaceutical regulations and therapeutic area knowledge.
  • Contribute to presentations, abstracts, and publications from clinical studies.
  • Ensure compliance with ICH/GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Bachelor\’s degree or nursing qualification; advanced degree in life sciences preferred.
  • Experience in clinical development within the oncology therapy area.
  • Proficiency in developing clinical study documents and analysing clinical data.
  • Knowledge of biostatistics, GCP, and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience managing CROs and external vendors.
  • Familiarity with regulatory submissions and authority interactions.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
