Proclinical is seeking a Project Assistant to support project teams in the UK. In this role, you will assist with specific project-related activities, including data entry and helpline operations, while ensuring accuracy and efficiency. This position requires excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Training will be provided for all aspects of the role.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately code and input large volumes of survey data and written comments using bespoke verification software.
- Handle incoming calls on the survey helpline from members of the public, NHS staff, charity organizations, and others, providing advice, completing surveys over the phone, and taking appropriate actions.
- Proofread and verify data for accuracy.
- Perform ad hoc duties as needed to support the smooth running of the organization.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to balance speed and accuracy in data entry.
- Confident telephone manner and effective communication skills; customer service experience is advantageous.
- Self-motivated with a methodical and focused approach to tasks.
- Willingness to assist with various tasks as needed.
- Ability to work shift patterns: 7:00 AM-3:00 PM and 3:00 PM-11:00 PM.
- Must achieve an 80% pass rate in MRC training (training provided).
