My client is a Large Pharma company seeking a Nurse Educator, field-based in Scotland. The Nurse Educator will play a critical role in delivering high-quality training and education to both healthcare professionals and patients in primary and secondary care settings. With a strong background in diabetes care, the role holder will provide technical device training to support best practices in diabetes management. This role is dedicated to supporting a Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) system, ensuring healthcare professionals and patients are confident in its use for effective diabetes management.
Candidate Requirements
- Current or previously Registered Nurse (RN)
- Previous experience as a Diabetes Specialist Nurse (DSN) or equivalent
- Specialist qualification or significant experience/interest in diabetes care
- Experience delivering training to healthcare professionals and patients in group and individual settings
- Strong understanding of diabetes management, including medication, monitoring, and lifestyle interventions
- Familiarity with NHS structures and processes in both primary and secondary care
- Knowledge of CRM systems and experience maintaining customer interactions
- Must have driving license and car
