This role involves managing contract-related activities, including invoicing, account reconciliation, and client relationship management. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth progression of contracts and billing processes while collaborating closely with internal teams. Responsibilities
- Prepare, verify, and execute invoicing through electronic processing for assigned accounts.
- Reconcile accounts and investigate discrepancies to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain and strengthen client relationships by addressing contract-related queries.
- Monitor contract progression and ensure invoicing aligns with contractual terms.
- Collaborate with the Revenue team to ensure timely billing and resolve any discrepancies.
