Proclinical is seeking a Junior Customer Service Analyst to join a dedicated team. This role is focused on providing proactive, customer-oriented, face-to-face onsite support to end users. The successful candidate will be involved in the imaging and configuration of a large number of computers. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their IT problem-solving skills and people skills in a supportive and dynamic environment.

  • Provide proactive, customer-focused support to over 2,000 end users.
  • Support the imaging and configuration of many computers.
  • Learn and adapt to our enterprise solutions such as Google Suite, iOS, Windows 11, ServiceNow, MobileIron & Nexthink.
  • Assist in building and configuring computers for new starters and upgrading existing users' laptops.
  • Previous exposure to platforms like Google Suite, iOS, Windows 11, ServiceNow, MobileIron & Nexthink would be an advantage.
  • Experience working with iOS devices such as iPhone, iPad & Mac, Windows hardware and meeting room technology would be beneficial.
  • Experience in a face-to-face customer service environment is advantageous.
  • Strong customer service skills.
