In this role, you will align people strategies with organizational objectives, providing expert guidance on employee relations, workforce planning, talent development, performance management, and employee engagement. This position is key to fostering a high‑performance culture and driving HR initiatives that contribute to organizational success.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
  • Provide guidance on workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning.
  • Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting and development planning.
  • Support onboarding activities to ensure a seamless integration for new hires.
