We are seeking a highly organised and detail‑oriented Business Support Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative support across a range of business functions. This role is central to ensuring smooth and efficient operations, working closely with senior leaders and a small, collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update Veeva Promo Maps to ensure accurate information for document approvals.
- Oversee the procure‑to‑pay process, including purchase orders, invoices, vendor setup, and supplier changes.
- Administer NDAs, contracts, and Customer Authorization Forms (CAFs).
- Facilitate electronic signing of documents using DocuSign.
- Coordinate the ordering and distribution of business cards.
- Maintain and update email distribution lists for effective communication.
- Provide event support, including logistics, setup, and coordination with third‑party agencies.
- Organise meetings, including catering and refreshments.
- Maintain and update the contract tracker to ensure all contracts are current.
- Manage the administration of apprenticeship programmes, including enrolment and progress tracking.
- Administer training courses, including sending joining instructions, arranging venues, and organising refreshments.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Veeva, DocuSign, and other relevant tools.
