Proclinical is seeking a Training Specialist to support the implementation of glucose and ketone meter solutions across healthcare settings in the Greater Glasgow and Clyde region. This field-based role focuses on delivering high-quality operator training, supporting clinical teams during implementation, and ensuring a seamless user experience. The position requires close collaboration with clinical stakeholders, point‑of‑care testing (POCT) teams, and project personnel to deliver effective training programs that align with governance, quality, and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Deliver face‑to‑face and remote operator training across multiple sites.
- Support implementation and rollout activities for diagnostic systems.
- Provide ongoing guidance and troubleshooting for clinical users post‑go‑live.
- Coordinate training schedules and maintain accurate records.
- Conduct competency assessments and facilitate user sign‑off processes.
- Build strong relationships with ward teams, POCT teams, and stakeholders.
- Ensure training activities comply with governance and safety standards.
