Functions Of The Role

  • Fully support both clients and candidates in the delivery of Life Sciences related vacancies
  • Establish and maintain your own client relationships
  • Identify highly qualified candidates for specialised positions
  • Qualifying candidates to determine if they are a strong fit for clients' positions
  • Oversee the complete interview cycle between clients and candidates
  • Maintain relationships with candidates after placing them in a new position

Skills We Look For

  • Proven success in a previous Recruitment Consultant position, with a consistent record of billing or exceeding other recruitment specific targets. Ideally within Life Sciences but any market with a focus on highly qualified and specialist candidates.
  • Evidence of success in business development and new client acquisition
  • Experience or qualifications in the Life Sciences industry is preferable, but if you have the desire, drive and willingness to learn, we want to talk to you.
  • A demonstrable high-level of ambition to deliver with drive, enthusiasm and professionalism
  • A willingness to become a thought-leader in your area - we pride ourselves on our specialist knowledge and provide training and mentorship to all our consultants.
