A great opportunity for an experienced compliance professional to support the EMEA region on a temporary basis. This role reports to the Director and focuses on managing and improving the regional sponsorship process while ensuring alignment with internal standards and external regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and assess EMEA sponsorship requests in line with MedTech Europe and other relevant industry codes.
- Prepare and issue contracts for approved sponsorships using established templates.
- Maintain and monitor a centralized tracker, including verification of fund usage.
- Lead process improvement initiatives, including identifying efficiencies and exploring automation.
- Support broader compliance activities and projects as needed.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–3 years’ experience in compliance, paralegal work, or similar internal control roles within the life sciences sector.
- Strong understanding of compliance frameworks and industry codes (e.g., MedTech Europe, EFPIA, ABPI).
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
