6 Month Contract - Fully remote

Drive global clinical supply strategies that ensure investigational products reach patients reliably and on time. This role partners across development, quality, operations, and external vendors to support a diverse clinical portfolio with precision and agility.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and communicate supply strategies for assigned studies.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align timelines, forecasts, and regulatory needs.
  • Review protocols and influence study design from a supply perspective.
  • Build and manage supply forecasts; monitor inventory and country‑specific requirements.
  • Initiate manufacturing, packaging, and labelling activities.
  • Oversee distribution planning, IRT setup, and depot/site supply strategies.
  • Support use‑date extensions, inspection readiness, deviations, and change controls.
  • Serve as primary supply contact for assigned compounds.
  • Contribute to sourcing of commercial comparators and maintain study budgets.
  • Drive continuous improvement across clinical supply processes.

Requirements

  • Experience in pharma with a focus on clinical supplies or clinical development.
  • Strong understanding of global development processes and regulatory expectations.
  • Proficiency in forecasting, planning, logistics, packaging/labelling, and IRT systems.
  • Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
  • Ability to influence teams, resolve conflicts, and translate strategy into action.
  • Leadership experience and ability to mentor or guide others.
