Principal Consultant | Recruiting | Business DevelopmentProclinical is seeking a Client Services Representative to support clients in maximizing the value of products and services, fostering long-term, productive relationships. This part-time role involves ensuring client satisfaction, managing deliverables, and identifying opportunities for growth. You will act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met while maintaining high-quality standards.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location or hold an EU passport.

Responsibilities

Fulfill contract specifications and respond to ad-hoc client requests to build satisfaction.

Assist in establishing and maintaining effective business relationships with clients.

Ensure deliverables meet client specifications, including timeliness and quality.

Collaborate with account managers to optimize client value from products and services.

Maintain internal communication with sales and support teams regarding client activities.

Monitor performance against service agreements and ensure obligations are met.

Research and analyze client-specific business lines or therapeutic markets to address inquiries.

Conduct product, service, and process training for clients and team members.

Represent the company in external client projects and service meetings.

Mentor and guide other client service representatives as needed.

Key Skills and Requirements

Proficiency in PC applications, particularly Excel.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to manage and analyze large transactional databases.

Problem-solving, analytical, and customer service skills.

Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships in diverse business environments.

Experience in meeting facilitation, presentations, and training.

Ability to travel to client sites and offices as required.

Bachelor\’s degree in a relevant field.

Familiarity with pharmaceutical industry practices and products is advantageous.
