We’re looking for an experienced Fleet Manager to take ownership of the operational management, optimisation, and compliance of our vehicle fleet across the UK & Ireland. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on autonomy, enjoys cross‑functional collaboration, and brings strong expertise in both traditional fleet operations and the fast‑evolving world of electric vehicles.

You’ll work closely with long‑term leasing partners, internal stakeholders, and employees to ensure a seamless driver experience, robust policy compliance, and efficient cost control — all while supporting our transition toward a more sustainable fleet.

Fleet Operations Management
  • Oversee day‑to‑day management of the corporate and benefit car fleet across the UK & Ireland.
  • Coordinate vehicle assignments, deliveries, and renewals in line with fleet policies.
Policy & Communication
  • Maintain and update the UK & Ireland Fleet Policy.
  • Manage fleet communication materials, including catalogues and policy documents.
  • Act as an advisor on the EV ecosystem (charging networks, apps, energy cards).
  • Support electrification initiatives, including training and eco‑driving programmes.
  • Serve as the central point of contact for HR, Finance, Compensation & Benefits, and drivers.
  • Ensure alignment on policies, processes, and ongoing initiatives.
  • Guide employees through installation processes and ensure policy compliance.
  • Review and validate quotations based on procurement agreements.
Fleet Reporting & Data Management
  • Update monthly fleet movements and KPIs in the internal Power BI tool.
  • Ensure data accuracy to support decision‑making and governance.
  • Promote environmental, health & safety, and corporate responsibility standards across all fleet activities.

Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Fleet Manager (mandatory). Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Native‑level English. Strong knowledge of electromobility and long‑term leasing markets.
