We are seeking an experienced Events Manager to join a dynamic and collaborative team responsible for delivering high-profile internal and external events across the business.
This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded events professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing a varied portfolio of conferences, exhibitions, gala dinners, customer visits and virtual/hybrid events.
- Manage events from initial brief through to post-event analysis.
- Deliver large-scale conferences, exhibitions, customer events and virtual programmes.
- Manage event budgets, forecasting and expenditure tracking.
- Coordinate speakers, content development and attendee communications.
- Oversee registration processes and event platforms.
- Manage travel, accommodation and event logistics.
- Conduct risk assessments and ensure health & safety compliance.
- Support and train colleagues on event systems and best practices.
- Deputise for the Events Team Leader when required.
Proven experience managing large-scale events and conferences. Experience delivering virtual, hybrid and face-to-face events. Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills. Experience with Cvent, Salesforce or similar event platforms. Event Management qualification.
