Onboarding & Training Operations Coordinator
FTE - 25-30 hours per week
Location - 2 days onsite per week.
You’ll keep onboarding, training, calendars, and content tight, polished, and consistently on track. You’re a natural project manager — someone who plans ahead, spots issues early, keeps people aligned, and makes complex processes feel simple. You’re also a connector: confident working with trainers, HR, brand teams, compliance partners, events colleagues, and external vendors.
