Keep life‑changing medicines flowing - drive the planning that delivers products to patients right when they need them. Proclinical is seeking a Supply Chain Planner to join a dynamic team in the pharmaceutical industry. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the seamless supply of products to patients by managing and coordinating supply chain activities. You will act as a vital link between commercial, regulatory, and manufacturing partners to maintain efficiency and mitigate supply disruptions.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate the replenishment of finished goods to distribution centers and third‑party partners, serving as the main contact for distributors.
  • Monitor stock levels to minimize waste due to expiration and initiate redistribution when necessary.
  • Manage supplier relationships with Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs) to foster strong partnerships.
  • Organize and monitor shipments, including customs documentation, and collaborate with Quality Personnel (QP) for product release.
  • Conduct multi‑site, multi‑market, and multi‑level planning to align supply from CMOs with market demand.
  • Analyze market forecasts and address deviations in sales and demand projections.
  • Collaborate with commercial teams to define annual quantities and provide rolling forecasts to suppliers.
  • Ensure all quality documents are collected and cross‑checked for goods receipt, and accurately post goods receipts in SAP, including batch numbers, expiry dates, and manufacturing details.
  • Maintain accuracy and compliance in all supply chain activities within SAP.

Key Skills and Requirements

  • Experience in the pharmaceutical or FMCG industry, particularly in forecasting, planning, and inventory management.
  • Strong analytical and data‑driven approach to problem‑solving.
  • Proven ability to manage supplier relationships and negotiate effectively.
  • Commitment to quality, accuracy, and continuous improvement.
  • Proficiency in GDP and GMP standards.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Agile thinker with the ability to adapt to fast‑paced changes.
  • Collaborative team player with a growth mindset and high ethical standards.
  • Proficiency in SAP ByDesign and MS Office is advantageous.
