We are working with a leading and renowned business in Respiratory Diagnostics, focusing on product innovation, integration, and a patient-centric approach. They are currently looking for a new Field Service Engineer to join the team in the North of the UK. Territory Sheffield, Derby, Nottingham, Calderdale, York, Leeds, Scarborough, Northern England, and parts of the Midlands.
Responsibilities:
- Install, repair and perform preventative maintenance on medical devices
- Diagnose faults and deliver timely, effective technical solutions
- Build strong relationships with customers and manage service requests professionally
- Maintain accurate service reports, maintenance logs and technical documentation
- Work collaboratively with the wider service team and support product specialists
- Help identify product issues and contribute to continuous improvement
- Maintain the highest standards of patient safety, confidentiality and GDPR compliance
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree, HNC or relevant technical experience
- 3+ years' field service experience, ideally within the medical/healthcare sector
- Strong electro-mechanical and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability
- Strong customer-facing and communication skills
