In this role, you will design, develop, and deliver evidence-based solutions that support global access and health technology assessment (HTA) strategies. This position offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams while contributing to innovative methodologies in advanced analytics.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement evidence-generation plans to address gaps and align with global development and commercialization strategies.
- Conduct statistical analyses of clinical trials and other data sources, ensuring robust technical documentation for economic models.
- Interpret and communicate analysis findings, supporting affiliates in integrating global statistical and health economics input into local reimbursement applications.
- Provide expert input on clinical development program designs to meet Access-HTA evidence needs.
- Lead or contribute to cross-functional teams, driving continuous improvement in methodologies and processes.
- Stay updated on Access-HTA trends and academic research, incorporating new methodologies into evidentiary plans.
- Build relationships with external experts in statistics, health economics, HTA, and policy.
- Guide and mentor junior team members, identifying training needs and ensuring project quality and client satisfaction.
- Contribute to thought leadership and innovation in advanced analytics, including areas such as network meta-analysis, indirect treatment comparisons, and simulated treatment comparisons.
Key Skills and Requirements
- Advanced degree in applied statistics, health economics, or related quantitative fields.
- Advanced knowledge in statistical software such as R, with experience in SAS, Python, WinBUGS, JAGS, or similar tools being advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of Access-HTA, clinical research methods, and international payer evidence requirements.
- Expertise in statistical methods, including Generalized Linear Models, survival analysis, Bayesian statistics, and network meta-analysis.
- Excellent strategic collaboration, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage tight deadlines.
- Proven ability to interpret complex data and present findings clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry, consultancy, HTA/reimbursement agencies, or academia is highly desirable.
