Proclinical is seeking a Communications Advisor to provide maternity leave cover and lead global public relations efforts during a pivotal period for the brand. This role focuses on maintaining momentum across global PR initiatives, supporting integrated marketing campaigns, overseeing influencer strategies, and collaborating with teams worldwide to elevate brand presence. You will play a key role in ensuring continuity and delivering impactful work with minimal ramp‐up time.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the global PR lead, driving brand awareness, earned media visibility, and cultural relevance.
  • Execute established global PR strategies, messaging, and toolkits for deployment across active markets.
  • Partner with regional teams to implement local programs, including grassroots initiatives and media outreach.
  • Write and refine PR briefs, align stakeholders globally, and manage timely delivery with agency partners.
  • Lead the global PR agency relationship, fostering creativity, media engagement, and measurable outcomes.
  • Collaborate with corporate communications to ensure consistency across external messaging and channels.
  • Oversee global creator‐influencer campaigns and support regions with local execution.
  • Manage global monitoring, reporting, and insights in partnership with the agency.
  • Track KPIs such as media quality, impressions, share of voice, sentiment, web traffic, and leads.
