Proclinical is currently working alongside a pharmaceutical company seeking an HR Shared Service Specialist to support the efficient operation of the HR Shared Services function. You will provide both technical and functional support for HR inquiries globally, focusing on delivering timely, high-quality services to internal customers. Additionally, you will contribute to various global HR programs and process improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality, timely, and consistent support for internal customers through the HR Helpdesk.
- Handle inquiries related to benefits, programs, policies, systems, HR data, transactions, and training.
- Support the team in the functional and technical management of the HR Helpdesk.
- Collaborate on global and regional HR initiatives, such as Global Wellness Week, and other annual HR programs.
- Contribute to the development and ongoing management of the HR Information Repository.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and support audit processes.
- Assist in maintaining and updating the company's HR intranet site.
- Support global mobility and immigration efforts.
- Perform regular audits on HR processes, employee data, and documentation to ensure compliance.
