Proclinical is seeking a Customer Account Manager to support commercial operations within the cardiovascular and pharmaceutical sectors. In this role, you will focus on fostering strong relationships with healthcare partners, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving account growth. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate operational meetings, including planning, delivering content, and reviewing KPIs, service performance, and financial metrics.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews to assess performance, prioritize actions, and address risks.
  • Collaborate with customers to align their strategic plans with organizational goals.
  • Manage contract amendments, product additions, and subcontract agreements.
  • Address issue resolution by liaising with internal and external teams.
  • Conduct profitability reviews and work with finance teams to optimize account outcomes.
  • Set annual budgets in collaboration with customer teams.
  • Utilize CRM tools to record interactions and track tasks.
  • Support new contract onboarding and implementation processes.
  • Drive customer digital adoption and engagement with senior management.
  • Provide holiday cover and support for other accounts as needed.
  • Plan and execute contract exits to ensure positive customer experiences.
  • Maintain compliance training records and adhere to company policies.
